Anger is a natural reaction to certain stimuli. It is a normal emotion that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. However, it can also be a destructive force that may lead to violence and abuse. We all experience anger at some point in our lives. It can be caused by something as simple as being cut off in traffic or as complicated as a serious family issue.
There are many ways that you can control your anger issues such as:
i) You can do Meditation to relax yourself and your mind.
ii) Do exercises which can help calm your nerves and reduce anger. Anything that gets your limbs pumping is good for your mind and body.
iii) You can write what you cannot say to others. Jot down your feelings, experiences and how you want to respond. This helps you to calm down.
iv) Most importantly ‘Laugh’. It is the best activity you can do to diffuse your anger issues and remove negativity. Watch memes, funny videos or play with small kids.
v) Breathe in and out. Breathing becomes shallower and speeds up as you grow angry. Breathe slowly, take deep breaths from your nose and exhaling out of your mouth for several moments.
Anger doesn’t solve anything. It builds nothing,
but it can destroy everything.
