1) Keep a gratitude journal:

Gratitude journals are a great way to remind yourself of all the things that you have in your life that you are grateful for. They make you focus on what’s important in your life and take away any negativity or stress that might be weighing down on you.

Meditation is an effective way to calm your mind down, take away any anxiety or stress, and destress your body as well as mind. It also helps to reduce insomnia, fatigue, poor sleep quality, and chronic pain.

Take a break from your thoughts and listen to peaceful and soothing music and do the activities that you love to do in your free time.

4) Perform physical activities:

Do physical activities such as exercise, dance and yoga and make sure to have a healthy diet.

Make a discipline schedule of sleeping, eating, working and using phones or such other electronic devices. Also you should focus on one thing at a time.

It was difficult for me to overcome overthinking. You can’t stop thinking about the things that are going to happen or are happening. I started to focus on my mental and physical health by exercising, meditating and cycling. I made a schedule so that I can do things on the particular time. You all must perform these activities.
